Who’s new to Acaboom? Examples of great estate agency marketing

We are thrilled to welcome a range of new clients to Acaboom and wanted to showcase some of the great designs that are being used to win instructions. While not every client is covered here, we wanted to give a few examples from some of our presentations that are hot off the press and already helping to win more instructions!

We welcome North Wall, who are using their modern brand colours to give a real feeling of freshness to their presentation. Showcasing their team with quirky colours, and ensuring each page is recognisable as ‘them’ – this is a presentation that’s unforgettable for all the right reasons.

We also welcome Johals to Acaboom. Their sleek design incorporates some great reasons to use them, including their 4k videos. As you may know, 4k quality videos present a property at its best. Johals don’t just tell, they show the quality, with an integrated look at the 4k videos on offer, embedded into their proposal and presentation.

Agents Newton Huxley are an Acaboom client and know that people are more likely to fall in love with a home than a house. Promoting their professional photography, accurate floor plans and 360° tours, they’ve embedded a 360-degree tour into their Acaboom presentation, for a stunning, eye-catching and memorable moment for the vendor.

 

Shelton & Lines are all about staying on brand, and their unique designs capture their brand colours perfectly. Integrating scenes of their branch in situ, they capture the air of an  ‘approachable’ agent perfectly.

Balgores know that great photography sells homes. That’s why they’ve added a beautiful montage of inspiring images into their presentation that showcases aspirational images in their best light. Welcome, Balgores!

 

Hamilton Chess know that community matters to many vendors. Feeling that the agent they speak with is connected and invested in the local areas is a great sign. That’s why little nods to community work are so impactful within this stylish presentation. Welcome, Hamilton Chess.

Bayzos know that people buy people. Their use of an ‘our culture’ slide allows them to show off their unique point of difference – and the visual – a glass of champagne next to a sold sign? Well, that is certainly going to stick with the vendor long after the appraisal!

The team have worked hard to ensure that there is a strong sense of Bayzos and their point of difference, with a focus on the team, location and how they work.

James Kendall has joined Acaboom, and we love their simple use of design to get complicated matters across. Every page has a unique icon, while this page simplifies what can be a daunting process into 3 easy stages. It’s a great idea that vendors will recall and can refer back to. Welcome, James Kendall! 

 

Enfields have the benefit of beautiful offices that are visually appealing. The vendor feels in safe hands with this brand, and this slide is just one example of how they are maximising the impact of that image! The presentation is beautifully calm and cool, providing confidence to the vendor that the sale is going to be handled with Enfields!

 

Maxwell Hodgson state in one of their slides ‘We will get the best offer.’ What a sentence! Impactful and carefully chosen to inspire confidence, the look and wording of this presentation has been crafted to perfection. Welcome to Acaboom!
