Various enhancements including emailed valuer pre-appointment data
A release in the last few days included various enhancements throughout the system; a good few were simply good practice items – think annual servicing here – but a few other are worth noting specifically:
- Valuers receiving emailed reports prior to a market appraisals with useful property and client data (e.g. last sold price and date; publicly available instant valuation results; Google Streetview and maps; and client social media information).
- Additional data supporting both on market and sold comparables.
- Changing the Market Update Report default time to once a week for six months – because feedback has proven homeowners are lovin’ these – for new accounts. (Defaults can be changed in the My Account page; individual clients/presentations can be set from within the Market Report feature.)
