This year’s shortlist for the Best Estate Agent Guide has been out for nearly two months now. Many of our clients have been shortlisted and, quite rightly, have been promoting the fact within their presentations that they are rated in the top 10% (or perhaps even 5%) of agents within the UK.
Based on client feedback this is having a very positive effect on helping them win even more new business.
But, no surprise really. Standing out from the crowd, and clearly differentiating oneself from competitors, is made that much easier when an independent third party, supported by Rightmove, mystery shops every single UK estate agency and rates you as being in top 10%.
Any prospective client surely would be impressed by this fact, and swayed in their decision making as which agent to choose.
As we’ve said before, it’s not hard to promote yourself as being better than your competitors…but you do have to shout about it effectively.
