Daily Summary Report
This is designed to help ensure opportunities are not missed and instructions are won, and makes for an ideal morning meeting aid.

Automate sending of the Market Update Report (update)
Based on client feedback, this release includes various updates to improve this feature still further.
By default, accounts are set to send a Market Update Report – highlighting new similar properties to market and changes to comparables used in the presentation – to a prospective client each week for four weeks. This can be edited/turned off within the My Account section of the site.
Individual properties/presentations can be edited using the Market Report icon in the Client Presentations page and associated with each presentation/property.
Roaming valuers
Designated corporate client valuers users can now have access to another other offices’ account to create and send Pre-Vals and main presentations. This is ideal for valuers who cover more than one office.
Various corporate client enhancements
These changes include PDF invoices as an attachment (as opposed to being embedded within an email) and greater flexibility for Senior Managers to choose the date their corporate report is received showing activity on an account by account basis.
